Q: Can I use a gift card to buy another gift card?
No. Neither the purchased gift card nor the bonus card can be used toward additional gift cards.
Q: Does this promo apply to digital/e-gift cards?
No. The BOGO offer applies only to physical gift cards.
Q: Can I buy multiple gift cards on one order?
Yes. You can purchase as many mailed physical gift cards as you'd like in a single order.
Q: Do gift cards expire?
No, our gift cards never expire. We simply encourage using them within a reasonable timeframe.
Q: Can my gift card be shipped via overnight delivery?
Yes. Expedited shipping is available at checkout. Costs depend on your location and whether your order includes other items.
Q: Will I receive an email confirmation for a mailed gift card?
Yes. All orders receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of processing.
Q: Can I choose how much of my gift card balance to use?
No. Our system automatically applies available gift card credit to your entire order. If your total exceeds the card balance, you'll be prompted for another payment method. If your total is less than the card balance, the remaining credit stays on the card for future use.
Q: Can I use a gift card for a COD order?
No. Gift cards cannot be used as payment for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
